Vine is a curious social media platform, but whether you love it or hate it, you can’t deny it’s popularity and innovation on internet interaction.

Actor Rainn Wilson (The Office, The Rocker) seems to feel that there is a glut of (undiscovered?) comedic talent hiding out on the 7-second video app, and is reportedly putting his money where his mouth is.

Deadline writes that Wilson is preparing to produce a comedy series called Hollywood and Vine, featuring the popular Vine users such as Curtis Lepore, Jerry Purpdrank, Lele Pons, Simone Shepherd and Christian DelGrosso, who collectively boast 30 million followers.  The show will document their lives as they try to break into the more traditional world of Hollywood celebrities and fame.

“We believe this show is going to be the first to celebrate these amazing, talented Viners in an authentic way and bring their style of humor to a broader audience,”  says Wilson.
